Ne bucurăm să schimbăm experiente, idei, soluții cu colegii de la HORA , de care ne leagă un parcurs lung și constructiv. Analizând, comparând, înțelegem ceea ce am făcut bine în ultimii zece ani de patronat ospitalier în Timiș, ce forță am ajuns în comunitatea locală. În același timp ne-am radiografiat minusurile, am ieșit din zona de confort și ne-am propus o etapă nouă de creștere. Mulțumim, HORA, ne - am bucurat să vă avem oaspeți! Day 4 of the jury's visit to Banat focused on the link between nature, sustainability and local gastronomy. At the WeWilder EcoCampus, initiatives based on community and respect for nature showed how tradition and innovation can co-exist in a sustainable development model. The day ended with the "Imperial Dinner" hosted at the Mocioni Manor House, an experience inspired by the refinement of the noble meals of yesteryear, where gastronomy was more than just food: a ritual, an expression of the season and the cultural influences of the region. Banat's ambassador chefs have reinterpreted this heritage in a menu built as a succession of tastes and contrasts, bringing together tradition and contemporary techniques. Banat has officially won the title of European Gastronomic Region 2028. 🎉 A result that confirms the hard work and collaboration of an entire community. From the local producers and restaurants, to the administration, the educational environment, the involved organizations and the ambassadors of Banat RGE 2028. It is a joint success. We are glad to be part of this journey and we thank everyone involved. This is where the next chapter really begins.
