Each HORETIM member benefits from the help of the organization and its partners in solving problems of any kind, which hinder the smooth running of the business. Members will benefit from support in economic relations with business partners - we will take steps in order to acquire all the necessary materials for the business. We will also support our partners, upon request, by officially representing them in court. We can also offer specialized consultancy and assistance also in the field of professional training, based on a whole network of business partners in the HORECA field, ready to share their know-how and experience with other members of the association.
The Association operates on the basis of a CODE OF CONDUCT, which regulates every relationship between members, assuming transparency and professionalism. We act together to help the members of the association, without personal interests and without preferential cases. We are committed to the healthy growth and development of the HORECA industry, without favoring certain members, without violating competition clauses and without imposing on members ways of managing their own business. Everyone is free to operate as they wish and manage their business as they see fit. HORETIM membership does not imply any change in this direction. We join forces only to help a member to solve problems and to represent him in dealings with other partners or state institutions.
Imagine a table with 10 or 50 or 100 people sitting around the same table, 10 or 50 or 100 people with businesses in the same industry, in the same field that we are in. HORETIM is involved in the growth and efficiency of the hotel and catering industry, organizing various events and attracting legal partners and public authorities to support the interests of HORECA employers.
We get involved and actively propose to the authorized bodies draft normative acts, instructions, resolutions leading to the resolution of problems in the industry and appoint legal representatives to deal with the negotiation of conditions in relations with the state and entities involved in this field.
United, under the legal framework and under the influence of the employers' organization HORETIM, we will participate in committees, congresses and national and international events related to the interests pursued by us and our partners. We will organize demonstrations, debates and various educational events in order to establish a set of generally valid rules and guidelines towards building a professional framework in which any business in the HORECA industry can carry out its activity in a professional, free and fair way.
