For the correct and objective information of the Timisoara taxpayers that we represent, we present to you the current situation of the Timisoara Local Council's concern, of the members elected by the Timisoara population, to support its interests in front of the Fritz administration:

USR Councillors:

HAVE SO FAR NOT RESPONDED TO THE TIMISOARA COMMUNITY'S INVITATION!

We individually invite each USR local councillor to discussions for a transparent, informed and informed vote for Timisoara. We would like to provide you with all the legal and opportunity information on the 2025 project, including the legal consequences and the personal liability of each local councillor.

The court has definitively annulled the additional tax rate. We await your response and hope that you will honor the trust and responsibility that the community has placed in you.

PNL councillors:

 In the spirit of the liberal doctrine, as they have maintained in previous years, the PNL councillors have shown a great openness towards the interests of the people of Timișoara. They confirmed, during the plenary meeting with the local business environment, that they agree with its amendments and do not support the burdening of local businesses with illegal tax burdens. The PNL councillors also do not agree with any additional 501TPTP3T tax increases and strongly support Timisoara residents and local business. This responsible stance reflects their commitment to a balanced and transparent administration.

At the same time, we invite the PNL councillors to think and vote for each project in the interest of the citizens, because this is the only way to build a fair and functional administration. We are convinced that they have understood the vote of the people of Timisoara and the responsibility they have entrusted to them.

With special thanks for the cooperation in recent years and in the hope of regaining Timișoara for the people of Timișoara, we rely on the PNL to decide the future of Timișoara's administration!

PSD councillors:

We thank the PSD councillors for their seriousness and involvement, as they have shown the utmost attention and promptness towards the proposals of the Timisoara community. By supporting Timisoara in the huge effort to restore the balance of the political spectrum, they demonstrate responsibility and vision. We need solid political offers, and beyond vanities and petty interests, political competition between genuine parties has value.

Without PSD, Timisoara cannot move forward and the community must have the intelligence and maturity to understand the essential contribution of this party.

At the same time, we appreciate the PSD councillors' openness to collaborate on concrete projects that serve the city's development, regardless of political affiliation. This constructive approach is vital for Timisoara's progress.

AUR Advisers:

Thank you for your ideas, solutions, consistent advice and opinions. Timisoara's business environment and taxpayers need the expertise of serious people, regardless of political color. The AUR councillors understood very well the needs of the community they represent and were ready to vote and take concrete actions in the interest of citizens. They have confirmed that they will continue to vote for Timisoara and for Timisoara's citizens, supporting the proposals of the citizens and the business environment in Timisoara. The AUR councillors also do not agree with any additional tax rates, demonstrating a firm commitment to protect the community from unjustified tax measures.

UDMR Councillor:

We have not received an answer yet. We await Wednesday with wisdom and with the hope of positive answers for Timisoara and its inhabitants.

We believe that it is in the citizen's interest to be informed on all relevant issues, and we look forward to a constructive and concrete discussion.

PMP Councillor:

We have received a reply from the representative, Mrs. Ligia Dugulescu, who supports the unlawful opinion, against the Timisoara community, just like the USR councillors! By the way, we do not yet know the opinion of the USR councillors, but we hope that it will be clarified during Wednesday, 18.12.2024.

We invite Councillor Silvia Radoicovici to an applied and detailed meeting to discuss the legality, timeliness and legal consequences of the project, as well as the personal liability of each councillor involved.

At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that the citizens of Timișoara will decide not to pay taxes until December 20-30, 2025, and we will initiate the suspension of the HCL in court.

We request an enforced meeting at your earliest convenience to clarify these essential issues for the community.

Councillor for the Right Force:

Thanks for the openness of the representative of this party, Mr. Claudiu Chira! Wednesday is reserved for the dialog with this party, to join the interests of Timișoara. We hope for a genuine YES!

We hereby appeal to the understanding of all councillors of the Timisoara City Council, to the realization that voting for an illegal decision, such as this additional quota, entails the personal liability of each voter for his or her vote. No party will come to support any councillor in court for abuse of office or failure to obey the law.

We promise all the local councillors that, at the meeting on 19.12.2024, the taxpayers of Timișoara will be there to watch their vote and to convey to the Timișoara community the state of affairs of those they elected in good or too good faith. 1*1 we will be, for sure.

I have promised all politicians that we will manage a real mediation and communication to give Timisoara back to the people of Timisoara. We will be real and balanced partners with those who are interested in regaining that political spectrum that will develop the city. Help us expose those who do not support the local community. Be part of your city!

Maybe it's not by chance that we are celebrating our 35th birthday, we should grow up and take the consequences of our actions!
